The main production facilities includes 30MT medium frequency induction furnaces, electrical arc furnaces, ladle furnaces, AOD refining furnaces, VD / VOD refining furnaces, R10.5m high performance special steel bloom / round casters, high performance stainless steel slab casters, full continuous bar and wire rod mills, fully Siemens automation system controlled continuous strip hot rolling mills and heat treatment / pickling lines, seamless special steel pipe piercing units, cold seamless pipe drawing and rolling units. Advanced R&D centre and quality control facilities are also equipped.

The present annual capacities of stainless steel madding, long product rolling, hot strip rolling, seamless pipe making and thin wire making are respectively 600,000, 500,000, and 2000,000 metric tons annually. The main steel grades are austenitic stainless steel, ferrites stainless steel, duplex stainless steel and precipitate-hardening stainless steel. Our main products include continuous cast blooms / billets, hot rolled bars, forged bars, wire rods, pipe blanks, cold drawn and rolled seamless pipes, super-thin wires, stainless steel hot rolled and cold rolled strips. These products are widely used in the fields of food processing, medicine making, petroleum, chemical, machine building, decoration, power, auto-making, ship building, aviation and aerospace industries.
